Archery for Fun and Sport Welcome to the web page of Big Al's Archery's 'JOAD' Junior Olympic Archery Development Team the X-men. The program is the starting point for young boys and girls to have a path to work toward the chance to be on a US team that will compete somewhere in the world as a Olympic archer or a team member of a national team. This program also has a adult program that will help a person learn and compete to better themselves in the sport of archery.
This program helps a person develop the skills to become a better archer for the sport of target archery. The step by step achievements levels allow the archer to compete with archers in the same age group. How high a archer reaches in the ranking program is up to them, the program provides a path to better themselves.
